Its construction started in 2008. In June 2009, the foundation of the building was completely ready, and in July of the same year, the construction of the first floor of the building began. By the end of 2011, the concrete frame of the building was built and the glazing of the exterior started. In 2015, all field works on the decoration of the facade were completed. The building has 11 high-speed elevators.
