The preparatory works for the winter tourism in Azerbaijan are going on. 
The Minister of Tourism Abulfas Garayev said: “We plan the opening of the winter season for 15th of December. At the moment all the tourism enterprises are at the preparation process. A strategic program about the development of tourism in Azerbaijan has already been applied. Our main goal is removing the seasonal dependence of the tourist flow. Because every season is really beautiful in Azerbaijan.”
