Gastrotourism opportunities of Azerbaijan were demonstrated in Great Britain.
With the support of the State Tourism Agency, Azerbaijan’s gastrotourism opportunities were promoted at the “National Geographic Traveler” culinary festival held in London. National culinary heritage, tea culture of Azerbaijan, national sweets were presented at the event.
Visitors of the festival had the opportunity to taste national culinary samples such as plov, kutab, kuku, as well as Azerbaijani wines. Within the framework of the event, “Tea ceremony”, “Rice and saffron” masterclasses, tasting ceremonies of Azerbaijani wines were held.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Great Britain, Elin Suleymanov, also visited our national stand.
