According to the document, it was determined that from 06:00 on March 28, 2023, all citizens of foreign countries and citizens of other countries permanently living in those countries, as well as stateless persons, will be allowed to enter and exit the Republic of Azerbaijan through air transport.
The requirement for a COVID-19 passport (document confirming full vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity after recovery from COVID-19) is waived in the following cases: citizens of foreign countries and citizens of other countries permanently residing in those countries, as well as stateless persons during entry of persons to the Republic of Azerbaijan; to enter specified places (places where celebrations are held, sports and health-rehabilitation facilities, large shopping centers, public catering facilities, hotels, intercity (interdistrict) transport routes and other places where such a requirement is specified).
